A few days ago i had had many health problems from not sit-up properly  at my computer for a long time .

1. Last week, I went to IKEA,and I chose a nice chair from there.

2. I used this chair at my computer to avoid some health problems as much as I could .

3. While I sit for a long time at my computer,I keep my back straight to avoid back pain .

4. The right light can reduce  my eye strain. Sunlight is the best light .

5. I sit up straight in my chair. I keep my feet flat on The floor but now i use a footrest under my desk.

6.  I use a screen saver that is reflected scattered radiation from  computer monitor .
